Sacred Ground Café

The spacious café features three distinctly different areas clustered around a laneway, so you will always find a comfy spot and avoid people with no apparent intentions to ever give up their seats.

Well-made espresso drinks from premium Revolver Beans and gourmet brekkies, lunch and dinners make this a rare find in otherwise very touristy area, where all the other mediocre options blend together.

Australian owned, it guarantees that perfect Avo toast topped with poached eggs, but they also have all kinds of other naughty (hello fluffy pancakes with ice cream) and healthy-ish (you can never go wrong with fresh tropical fruit salad) items on the brekkie menu. Grab a premium burger or one of their freshly tossed salads for lunch and for dinner, we can’t recommend the Wood Fired Oven Pizza enough. It’s like a trip to Italy without having to leave Bali. Pairs perfectly with the largest selection of craft bears imported from all over the world (they stock the legendary Deschutes brewery craft beers from Oregon).

If that hasn’t convinced you yet, this place also has a very reasonable noise levels and is great for all kinds of meetings. They won’t give you a stinky eye if you bring your laptop, they’ve got a free wifi, just be aware of the fact that there is no AC, so be prepared to cool yourself off with a lots of iced drinks.
