According to Chef Patrick of Rosso Vivo, enjoying the menu is all about exploring the real taste of Italian cuisine, and the dish he recommends this time is no exception. It is their Linguine Mari E Monti (165K) which according to the name, uses the combination of ingredients from the mountains (monte) such as mushrooms and sea (mare) such as prawns. Rich and decadent, this pasta delicacy brings together the creamy white wine sauce tossed together with linguine, mixed forest mushrooms and prawns. Topped with the freshness of a whole prawn, this dish is a flavorful combo of deliciousness that lingers tantalizingly on the tongue.
