Brazilian Aussie BBQ @ Seminyak

A carnivore’s dream, the Brazilian Aussie BBQ @ Seminyak continues to pack ‘em in every day from 4pm onwards with the lure of great food, ace drinks and now live music.
Choose from the spacious air-conditioned interior, or pull up a chair around one of the tables on the covered outside decking area – perfect for a social evening with friends or family in a casual setting right in the heart of Seminyak. To add to the ambiance, there’s now live acoustic tunes from 8pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays – the perfect accompaniment to a slap-up dinner.

An extensive beverage list features an ample amount of top-notch cocktails and refreshing drinks if that’s your cup of tea – make sure to check out their new selection of Brazilian cocktail specials (65k). Choose from six favourites including the Bloody Carioca, Bossa Nova, Mojito de Brazil, Batida de Coco, Melon Samba and of course the classic Caipiroska.
Known as a ‘churrascaria’ in Brazil, this is the place to get your meat fix on, with an unlimited supply of eleven different cuts of meat, from top sirloin and rump cap to chicken wings, pork sausage and ribs. Cooked on enormous rotisserie skewers, the food comes direct to your table for as long as you like, where the chefs slice off tender morsels right onto your plate. These cuts are unique Brazilian style, specially imported from Australia and grilled to perfection for the ultimate in carvery joy. If you like spicy then make sure to give the pork chorizo a spin, and the babi fans will love the melt-in-the-mouth tender cooked ham.

The real beauty of Brazilian Aussie BBQ is the format of how the food is served. The menu is an all-you-can-eat concept whereby for a paltry 187k net (95k net for kids under 10) you can fill up on as much food as you like, including an extensive buffet style sides counter with all the trimmings. Think salads, home made soups roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese and corn on the cob to name just a few. Keep your plastic counter on green to let the chefs know you’re still hungry, or flip it over to red for when you’ve had enough or need a break.

For a sweet finish save some room for the grilled pineapple skewer, which is turned over the grill in the same way and sliced off the side for a juicy grilled flavour that is just out of this world.
