Located at Lloyds Inn on Jalan Arjuna (Double Six), the newly opened Opeum Bistro offers an exciting menu amongst a minimalistic central courtyard under a luscious canopy of trees. Helmed by MasterChef Singapore finalist Sharon Gonzago and assistant Balinese Chef Awa Hermawan, Opeum’s concept revolves around contemporary interpretations of international cuisines, anchored by Gonzago’s passion for preserving lost recipes and fresh Balinese ingredients. Choose from their stand-out Indonesian dishes like the Sambal Bajak Grilled Prawns, Pesan Be Pasih and Beef Rendang, as well as the interesting Shrimp Tostadas, Pasta Romesco and Flying Zaru Soba (pictured above).
