Hard Rock Hotel Bali takes pleasure in announcing the appointment of Joachim Kreisel (Joey) as their new executive chef. Chef Joey led the kitchen brigade at various Starwood properties, including Sheraton on the Park Hotel Sydney as Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef at The Westin Hotel Sydney, Executive Chef at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit Hotel Bangkok, and Sheraton Incheon Hotel South Korea. Until recently Chef Joey was Executive Chef for the diverse Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya. In addition to his education and upbringing in his native Germany, Chef Joey has spent more than 20 years working in culinary and culturally diverse environments.
