Introducing Josh Bingham’s New Menu at La Brisa

La Brisa has been one of the most popular places in the Canggu area since opening and has continued on an ongoing, upward trajectory ever since. Most recently with the introduction of its new menu thanks to Head Chef Josh Bingham, together with Zac and Mixologist, Smail, who have curated a new seafood and Mediterranean menu paired with tropical cocktails that suit the beach club very well.

Brothers-and-chefs, Josh and Zac are globally experienced, previously working in Michelin starred restaurants in London and abroad. They are known for their unique style of combining the best of different cuisines, without compromising on authenticity or creativity. The chefs have created dishes for La Brisa that highlight the seasonal ingredients that are freshly harvested from their own farm, LYD Organic in Bedugul. Some of the stand-out dishes on the new menu include the scrumptious range of Sushi, Tomato & Strawberry Gazpacho, Hummus Five Ways, Charred Eggplant and Barbecue Octopus. Not to mention the delicious desserts and accompanying cocktails that scream tropical oasis and make the dining experience at La Brisa that much more unique.

Next time you are in Canggu do not miss the beautiful sunsets, dinner menu and epic parties of La Brisa.
