Music Mondays: Manu-L

We’re back this week with a legendary gentlemen on and off the decks, DJ Manu-L. Known for his years playing on the isle of Ibiza and his move to Bali where he rocked the local club scene. If he’s not getting barreled he’s on the decks in a club near you. Here’s three tracks that he loves.

“All the tracks are Ibiza classic anthems from early 2000 which was an excellent era for the “White Island”.

1st –TIDES – CARL CRAIG’S MOVEMENT REMIX
“Tides Carl Craig’s Remix is a goosebumps track which normally were played during the ibiza s Afterhours bringing the vibe with its melodic sexy voice and chorus with the sublime Carl Craig tech touch. Definitely a masterpiece.”

2nd –METRO ÁREA 4
“The infamous duo from Brooklyn delivered this absolutely full vibes tune, Latin touch percussions, unmistakable vocal and a bass line that you recognize since it start and rolls on for over 7 minutes without ever getting bored of it..everything seems perfect in this track and brings me back to my first real dj warming up sessions for artists like – LOCODICE – Luciano or Carl Cox and many more !”

3rd –SILICONE SOUL – RIGHT ON, RIGHT ON

“Silicone Soul, Right on for sure it’s more than just a track for those who have lived in Ibiza island at full during the early 2000s.
Most of the best parties and djs used play this track as the last one to close the party when the sun was already up on the sky and the night clubs were transformed in epical arenas with all the madness that a stunning Ibiza party and crowd during those summer seasons.
Surely the Ibiza anthem that brings me back amazing memories in my mind.”
