Natural textile company Threads of Life introduce their natural dye batik class on the 31st of January. The half day class offers an incredible hands on experience through batik creation and indigo dyeing, including insight into the botanic processes and practices of Indonesia’s textile traditions. Threads of Life only use sustainably sourced dyes, which are either self-harvested or from eco responsible communities. The class will also include a delicious home-cooked vegetarian lunch, sounds like the perfect day in Ubud!
