Coming Home Memorial Playing

Now- September 1st | Komaneka Fine Art Gallery

Komaneka Fine Art Gallery is currently featuring the works of Made Mahendra Mangku on their walls. Mangku received awards for Best Sketch and Painting in the year 1992 from the Institute, and Best Painting in 1997 in the Institute Anniversary Exhibition. He is one of the 90s generation Balinese painters who, until now, remained consistent with the abstract wave. Experiencing the ups and down as an artists for more than twenty years, Mangku is able to keep his existence with a distinctive visual characteristics. A gentle, minimalist sweep of strokes which represent a poetic nuance of silence in each of his works.
