Celebrate Balinese heritage and culture at Candra Metu, an appreciation event hosted at Maya Sanur on the 25th of January.
The evening aims to raise awareness of the preservation and importance of Balinese heritage, honouring legendary traditional dancer; Ni Ketut Arini, who has graced stages all over the world for over 60 years, perfecting the art form and drawing all that witness her. The evening also entails a photo exhibition and book launch, seated dinner and a grand performance by Ibu Arini herself alongside I Wayan Purwanto and gamelan players.
Tickets are priced at IDR 500,000 with proceeds towards the Warini Dance foundation.
